I am a young bridge
professional from Tallahassee, FL. I've played bridge with my
family since I was a small child. I took up duplicate bridge
seriously in the year between my undergraduate and graduate
studies. In my first year of ACBL play I had some immediate
success. I finished second in the national rookie of the year
races (both Mini-McKenney and Ace of Clubs.) Since this first
year, I have gone on to attend and have success at many national
competitions, run my local bridge club, teach bridge classes,
give private lessons, play bridge professionally (pro-client
play), cultivate an active group of strong bridge players, write
articles for national and international publications, attend multiple
world and European championships, and play bridge all across North
America and Europe.
