I'm Theri Andino and I am a bridge player, director, and teacher. I live in Tallahassee, Florida and am active in the Tallahassee Duplicate Bridge Club, Unit 219 (NW Florida), District 9 (Florida), and at the national level of the ACBL. I play as many tournaments as I can get myself to!
I serve on the board of TDBC and am its Chief Director and Club Manager. I am also the Unit 219 editor for the Sunshine Bridge News. I teach a number of novice and intermediate bridge players here in Tallahassee through beginner lessons, short lectures at the club before games, and in private lessons.
I am fortunate to have opportunites to play bridge professionally and am always eager to learn and improve myself and my game in any way I can, and to help others do the same. If you're interested in lessons or playing with me, please let me know!
Outside of bridge, my interests include architecture, architectural history, residential design, reading, traveling, Classical languages and culture, knitting, quilting, and keeping up with my son, Sam. I hold a Master of Arts in Classics as well as a Master of Architecture degree. I taught high school Latin for 6 years and I now write as a blogger for AOL Shopping.
