1N 15-17 HCP
1m-1M--2N 18-19 HCP
2N 20-21 HCP  (some play this as 20-22 HCP)
2C-2D--2N 22-24 HCP
2C-2D--3N 24-26 HCP

Semi-Balanced Hands are hands with two doubletons. These hands often cause a difficult rebid problem. Two common distributions that cause this problem are 2=4-5-2 and 6-3-2-2. It is often good to avoid this rebid problem by opening the hand with notrump.
